Cue the Harps. Its time to take some deep breaths and stretch!

I know that most would rather spend the time hitting the weights or getting that cardio in but you are missing out on a necessity in life.

Stretching keeps our muscles flexible and strong enough to maintain range of motion in our joints. Without stretch in our lives we shorten and tighten those muscles and put ourselves at risk for joint pain, strains and muscle damage.
