Tabata

Im sure you've heard the Tabata training phrase just about everywhere. In the supermarket, online or the gym.  But do you really know what Tabata training is?

Tabata training was developed Izumi Tabata, Ph D. It is a timed interval method that alternates 20 second maximum effort intervals followed immediately with 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times for an amazing 4 minutes! After that we do it again and again and.......well you get the idea.

Whether you are in class with me or following our program online this is sure to be one of your favorites. In the studio we do it every Friday to  kick off the celebrating the end of the work week.
